DECENTRALIZED HR CONSORTIUM GOVERNANCE
HR Associations from around the world have been invited to join the Governance Group
Initially, there will be a DeHR Advisory Committee constituted to guide the structure and development of the Consortium. Membership of the Advisory Committee will be determined by the Consortium Founders.
A draft structure appears below with the MEMBERSHIP GOVERNANCE COMMITEE acting as the BLOCKCHAIN gateway to authorize membership and participation in a permissioned blockchain network. Membership of this subcommittee is by invitation only.
Other subcommittees will be formed to enhance the learning and understanding of blockchain technology, as well as contribute to industry standards, technology development and global adoption.

Keeps Advisory Committee informed on Self Sovereign ID and government legislation including GDPR & WEF Bill of Rights, etc.
Employee owned data is contained in a PRIVATE / PERMISSIONED BLOCKCHAIN. Only companies meeting the criteria determined by the Membership Governance Committee will be invited to join.
The Governance Committee is made up of representatives from HR membership organizations in each country included in the global blockchain network.
The Governance Committee will be chaired by an independent globally recognized organization. Members of the Governance Committee will determine eligibility rules for companies operating in their country.
Only companies meeting the criteria will be invited to join. The structure and potential countries are shown below. There will also be subcommittees to focus on specific aspects of data privacy and technology

Reaches out to HR associations around the world to become members and participate in the consortium
Liaises with companies offering an HR functional specific blockchain application and decides if application fits in with Consortium scope
Reaches out to standards bodies around the world and establishes a relationship with organizations such as ISO, ANSI, Hyperledger, Ethereum, HR Open Standards, etc.
Identifies marketing opportunities in conjunction with local HR associations to participate, run or offer endorsement for events that wish to align themselves with the Consortium
Provide professional advice to Advisory Committee on legal issues impacting operations and identifies potential risks associated with data privacy, etc.
Liaises with recognised global blockchain bodies involved in technology research or implementation issues.
